XPerience has an automated level generator so you don't have to configure or setup individual levels. You only need to set the starting XP amount to reach the first level, the requirement increase per level that you wish to have, and the max level a player can reach. The level generator will automatically use these settings to determine each level as players progress.

Understanding these settings:

  • Level Start: This is the amount of XP a player must earn to reach the first level.

 

  • XP Requirement Increase: This is the amount of XP a player must earn to reach the next level after reaching level 1. This is a progressive amount that increase each time a player reaches the next level.
    • Mathematical Equation: requiredxp + (level * requiredxp)

 

  • Max Level: This is the maximum level a player can reach. Once a player reaches this level they will not longer gain anymore levels, points, or XP unless otherwise setup with Ranks or option to earn XP past max level is turned on. See Rank Setup for rank options.

 

Earning XP past max level:

This option allows players to continue earning XP once they reach the maximum level. They will no longer gain any levels or stat/skill points beyond this point but their XP amount will continue to increase.

 

There is also a Level XP Boost option to help offset the time it takes to reach the next level if you find the XP Requirement Increase is too progressive between levels.

  • Level XP Boost: This is the amount of XP added to the players earnings each time they earn XP from activities. 
    • Mathematical Equation: xpearned + (xpearned * xpboost)

 

Stat Points and Skill Points Per Level

  • Stat Points Per LVL: This is the number of stat points a player will receive each time the reach a new level.
  • Skill Points Per LVL: This is the number of skill points a player will receive each time the reach a new level.
